With four years of professional playing experience in the Cincinnati Reds organization, he possesses a deep knowledge and passion for the game.

RICKY GONZALEZ
Coach Ricky brings a wealth of experience and passion for developing young athletes at the competitive level. With over 16 years of playing experience, he is committed to providing a fun and competitive environment where players not only improve their baseball skills but also develop important life skills like teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Having played collegiate baseball at Rutgers University-Newark, Coach Ricky understands what it takes to succeed both on and off the field. He believes in teaching players the fundamentals of the game while fostering a love for the sport that will last a lifetime.
At Disla Dukes, Coach Ricky focuses on building a strong foundation of skills — from hitting mechanics to fielding, base running, and pitching. Emphasizing the importance of hard work, dedication, and having a growth mindset, he ensures that each player not only improves their athletic abilities but also learns to be a positive contributor to the team.

Coach Ralph Bueno
I’m Rafael Bueno, a dedicated baseball coach with a lifelong passion for the game. I played competitively at Passaic County Technical Institute and continued my career with a year at Morris County College, where I developed a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and high-level play. Baseball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I bring that experience, intensity, and love for the sport into every practice and game.
ANGEL CESPEDES
Former professional baseball player with a deep passion for developing athletes both on and off the field. As a dedicated student-athlete, Angel competed at a high level while completing his formal education at Barry University, Howard College, and Rowan College of South Jersey.
With first-hand experience in the demands of elite competition, Angel brings a unique blend of professional playing knowledge, academic discipline, and leadership skills to his coaching. His approach emphasizes proper mechanics, mental toughness, and a strong work ethic, helping athletes reach their full potential
and prepare for the next level of their careers.
Whether working with aspiring youth players or advanced athletes, Angel is committed to building confident, well-rounded ballplayers who excel in both performance and character.
ZEUS
Zeus brings a lifelong passion for baseball and a dedication to developing young athletes both on and off the field.
With years of experience as a player and coach, he focuses on teaching fundamentals, building strong work ethic, and fostering a love for the game.
His approach blends competitive spirit with positive mentorship, helping players grow their skills, confidence, and teamwork.
Whether it’s sharpening hitting mechanics, improving fielding technique, or guiding game-day strategy, Coach Zeus is committed to preparing his team for success at every level.
COACH CIP
My name is Arbert Cipion. I was born in the Bronx, New York, and raised in Paterson, New Jersey, where my love for baseball really began. I attended Passaic County Technical Institute for high school, and during my time there I was blessed to receive multiple Division I offers to continue my baseball career. Ultimately, my path led me to professional baseball when I was drafted in the 9th round of the 2018 MLB Draft by the Milwaukee Brewers.
I spent six seasons playing professional baseball in the Brewers organization, learning the game at a high level and growing both as a player and as a man. After that, I continued my professional career for two more seasons in independent baseball with the New Jersey Jackals. Those years in pro ball taught me discipline, perseverance, and what it truly takes to compete and succeed.
Now I’m excited for the next chapter of my journey. My passion is helping develop the next generation of players by sharing the knowledge, experience, and lessons I gained throughout my professional career. Baseball has given me so much, and now I’m committed to pouring back into young athletes who are chasing their dreams.
